    CPHA - Community Room Reservation

    The community room at the CPHA building is available for residents to reserve for a wide variety of functions and events. All functions are limited to 100 people max and may be scheduled for any day of the week from 7 am to 11 pm. Please note that the room is not available to outside organizations without a resident sponsor. A refundable security deposit is required and a nominal rental fee may be charged depending upon the nature of the event.
