    Frequently Asked Questions

    How do I clear a guest or service personnel (ie: cleaning company or repair service) to enter the Village?

    Because Castle Pines Village is a gated community, you MUST call Dispatch at 303-688-6447 to give clearance to any guests or service personnel prior to their arrival. Calling in advance allows them prompt access to your home. Access may be denied if you fail to contact us and we are unable to contact you upon their arrival.     Who is responsible for the snowplowing in the Village?

    The CPHA does NOT provide snowplowing in the Village. The Metro District is responsible for snowplowing collector roads and local roads and cul-de-sacs that are maintained by Metro. Metro does not plow private roads, common driveways or sub association roads. Several of the sub associations in the Village contract with a private service to plow their streets. Please contact your sub association representative for more information.

    Roads are plowed based on a priority system and according to weather conditions. Snowplowing questions or concerns contact the Metro District: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm: 303-688-8330.     What are the hours, classes, and amenities available at the Village Lake Fitness Center?

    Click here to learn about the VLFC. Please note that exercise and yoga classes at the VLFC are coordinated by the individual instructors, and they charge a fee payable directly to the instructor.

    How do I reserve the Community Room?

    The Community Room located in the CPHA building is available for rental for social events, meetings, and other group gatherings. The room can hold up to 100 people. Residents only may reserve the room. To see if your date and time is available please contact the CPHA office at 303-814-1345 to make a reservation. Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance of the requested date. A completed reservation form is also required and includes additional information on required deposit and room reservation fees, if applicable.

    Where do I get recycle bins?

    Recycle bins can be picked up at the CPHA building M-F from 8 am to 5 pm. Please visit reception to check them out; we will need your name and address in order to notify Waste Management so they will put you on the route for the recycle pick up. Residents can have up to two bins. For more on recycling click here.

    How do I schedule an Open House?

    How do I change my mailing address?

    Send an email request to admin@castlepinesvillage.org or call the CPHA office at 303.814.1345. Please include your first and last name and your phone number in case we need to contact you.
